11/01/06 I want to personally thank you for the excellent work you performed for my mother. The job was handled so professionally - great effort on your part. When you came back out after the installation to ensure all was well and even made some corrections, well I'm not use to that even in Houston or Dallas. Great customer care and concern is individual not based on the size of the company. I appreciate your attention to detail. I will not bid out the next job - it is yours!

One person in peticullar, Ramon De La Paz really knew what he was doing. He finished the job late Friday after having a very hard day. 03/09/07 Beverly, thanks so much for flexing Ramon's schedule so that he could attend Ben's pack meeting last night. Judge Chiuminatto hand-made a wonderful braided leather handkerchief slide that looks like a rattlesnake for Ben. Judge C. made Eagle Scout at age 12 - the youngest in the entire USA. The District Commissioner also presented Ben with an award as well as a $50 gift card for being the top salesman. So, thanks to fine folks like you and Jim and the rest of the fine Four Seasons purchasing staff, Ben was handsomely rewarded last night! It was great that Ramon got to see his son honored! 04/02/08 I recently had a new air and heating system installed in our home. Everyone that I had contact with were true professionals. Installers Wally and Leroy were very patient and detail oriented.
